CraftVAT

CraftVAT collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and business data such as job details, client information, and financial records (line items, VAT amounts). We use your device camera solely to allow you to attach site photos to jobs. We do not collect payment card information.
We use your data solely to provide the CraftVAT service — to store, display, and calculate your job and VAT records. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
CraftVAT requests access to your device camera to allow you to photograph job sites and attach images to your job records. Camera access is only used when you explicitly choose to take or upload a photo. No images are shared with third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure. Each user's data is isolated and only accessible when authenticated with your account credentials.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. Access to your data requires authentication, and all data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete all your data, use the 'Delete Account' option in Settings. For other requests, contact us through the app.
